How do I check the different balances in my account?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Merchant Financial

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

Balance overview

In the Balance Overview for your merchant account you can find the balances in Pending, Next Payout, Reserve and Deposit at a given point in time. The Balance overview also shows the available contingency funds.

Check your account balances

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Go to Finance > Balances (Merchant)

If you process multiple currencies

You can see the current balance per currency, if your merchant account processes multiple currencies. Within the balances page you can select a specific currency. If you select All, you’ll view the total balance of the account based on the primary settlement currency. This means that the other currencies were converted to the default one.

View balances at company level

On this page you can find the current status of the company for each component, and the breakdown per merchant account.

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Go to Finance > Balances (Company).
