How can I manage report settings?
View timezone settings
The timezone decides the beginning and ending of each reporting period, which means that changing the company schedule will also affect the reports’ timezone. Some reports use the account specific timezone which means that company level and merchant level reports can follow separate timezones.
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Settings > Account Settings > Timezone.
Note: Changing the timezone will affect only future reports.
Manage report generation
Reports can be generated either manually or automatically. Depending on the Report type, you can generate a report for one day of transactions, a range of dates or a specific Settlement batch.
To generate and download a report:
- In your Customer Area, go to Reports in the left navigation.
- From the list of reports, select the report you want to access under the Name column.
- Select Manage report. This gives you the option to generate the report automatically or manually.
- Configure additional report settings. Select the additional options from the pop-up window. The options depend on the type of report you are generating, for example, Date range or File type.
Modify columns
Each report has a different set of (optional) report columns available. You can find a list of report columns on the respective Docs page for that report type.
To add additional columns or change the order of columns:
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Settings > Report columns.
This opens a page with all reports that can be configured. - Find the report that you want to configure and select Configure.
- Select checkboxes to indicate which columns should be included in the report.
- Drag the columns into the order you want them to appear in.
- Select Save.
Note: If you have an automated system that uses the report data, configuring the report columns can affect how your automated system gets the report data.
