How can I defend a chargeback for Klarna?

Klarna disputes can be defended through the Customer Area or the Disputes API.

 

Note that in the Klarna dispute flow, only Requests for Information (RFI) are defendable; if you receive a chargeback, it cannot be defended and the funds will be deducted from your account.
