How do I manage Block and trust rules?

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
Block and trust rules, also known as Referral rules, are straightforward and allow you to block or trust specific shopper attributes.
For example:
- Email address
- IP address
- Phone number
- Etc.
Usually the best practice is to either block or trust a certain data attribute. In case of blocked entries a minimum score of 100 or higher is configured. For trust listed entries a negative scoring of -100 or lower is common.
In case you would like to partially score - for example on a certain issuer country/region or email domain, the best practice is to build this in a specific custom risk rule.
