How do I manage Block and trust rules?

Manage Referral Lists
Block and trust rules, also known as Referral rules, are straightforward and allow you to block or trust specific shopper attributes.
- Email address
- IP address
- Phone number
Usually the best practice is to either block or trust a certain data attribute. In case of blocked entries a minimum score of 100 or higher is configured. For trust listed entries a negative scoring of -100 or lower is common.
In case you would like to partially score - for example on a certain issuer country or email domain, the best practice is to build this in a specific custom risk rule.
