How to order new terminals
This video explains how to order new terminals. Order a live or a test terminal by following the steps in the video closely. Make sure to enable the correct user role.
How to order new terminals
We start by logging in to the Customer Area.
Here, you choose between live or tests terminals.
Order the payment terminals for your stores via the live Customer Area. To order test terminals, you select the test Customer Area.
Ordering a payment terminal is easy, but ordering the right one requires attention.
Ordering terminals requires a specific user role, so first make sure you have that role enabled
"You can order terminals at a company level and assign them to specific Merchant Accounts and stores later.
Alternatively, you can order specific terminals for specific Merchant accounts." In the Customer Area, you navigate to Point of Sale and then select Orders and returns.
Here you can see an overview of all your orders and their status. To start a new terminal order, click on “new sales order”
Here, you can select the region: this will determine the charging plug of the terminal.
Next you choose the terminal model. Make sure to choose the right one.
Once you have selected the terminal model, you then decide how many terminals you want to order and select any accessories that you might need with it.
Click on “Add to order” when your are finished. If you need to make changes to the order use the “Edit” button.
Otherwise, click on Checkout.
Next, add the delivery address in the shipment details section.
When you’re ready, click on “continue to order summary” and review your order.
If all is correct, click on the “place order” button. And you’re all set.
