How to cancel a transaction | How to video
This video explains how to cancel a transaction. Navigate through the transactions overview in the Customer Area and cancel your payment by submitting a cancel request.
You start by logging in to the Customer Area.
We then navigate to the Transactions overview and find the Payments tab.
By default, this shows all your payments, but you can use filters to make life easier.
So click the payment you want to cancel, then select "Manage payments". Here, you can choose to cancel the payment.
Click the button "submit cancel request", then type the given code to confirm your choice. Finally, click "Confirm cancel request".
