How do I change my invoice settings on merchant level?
We start by logging into the Customer Area.
Go to your merchant account, then to finance, and invoice overview. In order to see your invoice settings, click on invoice settings.
Here you can view and configure all relevant invoice settings for your specific merchant accounts.
To see any of your invoice settings you first need to enable ‘merchant invoicing’ for any of the applicable invoice types. Enabling merchant billings means that your account will receive an invoice.
Once enabled, you can see the ‘general’ invoice settings and the invoice specific settings for which you enabled merchant invoicing.
If you did not enable merchant invoicing for an invoice type, we will not show any settings as there are none.
Click on the ‘pen’ icon in the top right corner, make a change. Your change will be automatically saved and you can click on the cross to leave the page.
