We start by logging in into the Customer Area, then navigate to finance and invoice overview.
Here you can view all issued invoices issued for your company or merchant account.
You can select a specific period, account, invoice type and many other filters to give you more information on the invoice you’re specifically seeking.
If you want to add more filters, please click on the settings icon and add settings as you like.
If you want to export this page, please click on 'export report’ to create a CSV file.
If you want to inspect a specific invoice, click on the invoice line and click on see details to understand more. In the top right, you can see the payment status of the chosen invoice. And here you can also find all of the billing details.
If you want to download your invoice click here and download it either as a PDF or CSV.
On the left-hand side you can find the fee breakdown. Please click on the fee line or type you want to know more about to see what we have charged.
You can see the transaction count, the turnover and the total amount of fees.
If you want further insights or calculations click on ‘expand calculations’ so you can get more insights into pricing and the total amount that we have deducted.
If you click on ‘expand calculations’ you see the rate that we charge; the total transaction count; the total fees that we charge and the total amount that we already have deducted from your account.
The same works for payment method fees, where we list all payment methods that are active on your account.
The green fees correspond to the green Adyen fees at the top of the page.
The Interchange and scheme Fees correspond to the purple boxes at the top of the page.
For more information on these fees, hover over the green and purple boxes. And finally under “open positions” you can discover more about money that your account owes or is owed. And that’s the ins and outs of your invoice.
