What funds do I have available for refunds?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Merchant Financial

  • Merchant Admin

Check your available refund balance

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Go to Finance > Balances.
  3. In ​​Available contingency funds within your balance, see your available refund balance.

The ​​Available contingency funds represent your Next Payout balance + Pending balance + Reserve balance (if you’ve set up a reserve).

Tip: We call “in-process funds” the funds deducted from your business account when making a refund.

Note: You won’t be allowed to process a refund if this amount is negative. If your refund balance is negative, you can increase your in-process funds and process the refund again.
