How can I increase the available balance for refunds?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have the following user role:
Merchant Financial
Merchant Admin
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
4 ways to increase your refund balance
- Set up a refund Reserve.
- Top up your Reserve balance.
- Transfer balance from another business account.
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Finance > Balances > Control your balances.
- In Reserve balance, select Transfer balance.
- Set up auto-funding to increase the Reserve automatically (if you already use refund Reserve).
