How can I check a payment status in Essentials?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one the following user roles:

  • Merchant Manage Payments

  • View Payments

Check your payment status

  1. Log in to Essentials.
  2. Go to Payments.
  3. Optional: filter by PSP reference, merchant reference, or other filters.
  4. Check the payment status in the Status column.
