How do I deactivate a payment method?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:
Change Payment Methods
Merchant Admin
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
Deactivate a payment method
- Log in to your Customer Area (test or live).
- Select the desired merchant account.
- Go to Settings > Payment methods > and select the payment methods you want to deactivate.
- Select Deactivate. You can deactivate multiple methods at once.
Note: If you want to delete a payment method permanently , please reach out to Support.Â
