How do I deactivate a payment method?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:

  • Change Payment Methods

  • Merchant Admin

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

Deactivate a payment method

  1. Log in to your Customer Area (test or live).
  2. Select the desired merchant account.
  3. Go to Settings > Payment methods > and select the payment methods you want to deactivate.
  4. Select Deactivate. You can deactivate multiple methods at once.

Note: If you want to delete a payment method permanently , please reach out to Support
