What are the different ways to use Case Management?

When using Case management, you need to specify parameters in the way you wish to use it. There are three ways of using case management:

  1. Define the risk score “Minimum score for manual review” at the top of the risk profile the order will be sent to the case management queue when orders trigger that risk score or above but below a risk score of 100.
  2. Send orders to case management without the risk score but using this at an individual risk rule level. This can be found in the risk profile and by clicking on each individual risk rule you will see a toggle for this called “Send to case management”.
  3. Skip the order that gets sent to case management where you have liability shift for any orders that went through 3D Secure. The toggle for this is found on the Risk Profile at the top of the page called “Skip manual review on liability shift”.
