Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Merchant Financial

  • Merchant Admin

4 ways to increase your refund balance

  1. Set up a refund Reserve.
  2. Top up your Reserve balance.
  3. Transfer balance from another business account.
    1. Log in to your Customer Area.
    2. Go to Finance > Balances > Control your balances.
    3. In Reserve balance, select Transfer balance.
  4. Set up auto-funding to increase the Reserve automatically (if you already use refund Reserve).
