How do I download reports from the Customer Area?

Generate reports manually
Depending on your business requirements, Adyen provides you with various reports to help you run your daily platform operations. These include the Settlement Detail report, Interactive Payment Account report, Monthly Invoice and many more. Within these reports, you'll encounter various payment statuses, each comprehensively detailed in this article.
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Reports and select the report you want to download. You can use the search bar to easily access the report.
- Select Generate report, enter the necessary details, and select on Generate report.
- You can download the report by selecting on the download button or on the file name directly.
Note: Depending on the report type, you can add and reorder (additional) columns available in that report or generate a file for one day, settlement batch or a range of dates. Read more about report configuration in this article.
Generate reports automatically
You can set up automatic generation, if you want to generate reports automatically.
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Reports and select the report you want to automatically generate.
- Select Automatic generation.
Note: Automatic generation impacts the whole account and isn’t user specific. Follow the automatic generation complete guide.
Technical errors when downloading reports
- HTTP 401: wrong credentials or endpoint. Make sure the API credentials you’re using are for a report user.
- HTTP 403: the report hasn’t been generated yet. Either the report’s automatic generation is turned off or you need to wait until the settings are updated.
